Director Of Marketing

Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen our market presence and help us achieve our business goals. You will lead the marketing organization and provide guidance to the marketing team in efforts to strengthen our brand's influence while increasing customer engagement.

  • Set marketing objectives, strategies, track performance metrics and recommend remediating actions
  • Develop messaging and communication strategies across the customer funnel in partnership with Business Development/Sales, Product and Research Teams.
  • Manage and generate the company’s corporate communications: social media, PR, website, digital marketing campaigns, conference presentations, and presence.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and sales collateral for customer pitch presentations, conference booth materials, website, and other content types (e.g., webinars, data sheets)
  • Lead external PR and design agencies on creative and content development, from brief creation to project management, to output/deliverables
  • Manage a dynamic marketing team to execute on the strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with other executives to align company-wide strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
  • Track and manage the marketing department’s budget.
  • Generate customer leads inside the biopharma industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing roles, proven experience as a Director of Marketing, preferably within the healthcare, technology, or AI industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with B2B marketing - preferably with biopharma as end-customer 
  • Knowledge of the precision medicine and healthcare AI market
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Growth mindset - Openness and ability to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience writing marketing material with scientific content - advantage
  • Background in biopharma/ biology/ digital health - advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Product Manager is responsible for the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.
  • The Product Manager advocates for the product vision, builds the roadmap, interacts with customers to collect feedback, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer support, regulatory, quality, etc.
  • Communication of product strategy is critical with all stakeholders including C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
  • Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.
  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead post-market surveillance (PMS) activities for Nucleai’s products, from the planning stage through the accumulated data evaluation and monitoring of any arising risks and actions. 
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
  • Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.
  • Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
  • Become the key evangelist of Nucleai’s products and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.

Requirements:

  • B.S. or an advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience - At least 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Background - a solid understanding of at least one of the following fields: machine learning, oncology, biology, bioinformatics.
  • Experience working in startup companies.
  • Communication - excellent English and communication skills, capable of representing the company abroad.
  • PhD in Biology - Big Advantage
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product development -Advantage.

We are hiring DevOps Engineer for our RnD team.

Responsibilities

You will lead Nucleai DevOps efforts.

These include building and enhancing the DevOps infrastructure, methodologies, security, and workflows. 

Working both with the software and algorithm teams. Working on AWS using tools such as ECS, Gitlab CI/CD, and additional tools. Working on Nucleai web-applications and machine learning pipelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  • At least 2 years experience working with AWS (Lambda, Cloudfront, S3, NLB, ALB, ECS, VPC, API-GW)
  • Proficient with git and git workflows
  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Good knowledge of Docker
  • Good knowledge of Web build pipelines - an advantage
  • Knowledge of common security practices and DevSecOps - an advantage
