Spatial AI Biomarkers: The Ideal Companions for Next-Gen Cancer Treatments

As we move from an era of targeted therapies and genomic biomarkers to the next wave of treatments like immunotherapy, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and bispecifics, there is a pressing need for better companion biomarkers that can accurately predict treatment response. Understanding the mechanism of action (MoA) of these newer treatment modalities and developing the right biomarker strategy requires a detailed, spatial map of the locations and interactions of cells and neighborhoods in each patient’s tissue sample. In this webinar, we will give an overview of why spatial biomarkers are a biological requirement to guide the development of ADCs, bispecifics, and immunotherapy drugs, and how AI algorithms can accurately and reproducibly extract patterns that predict response.
