Senior Software Engineer

Role Description:
We’re building the fastest brain in digital pathology and we need you.

We work with the greatest pharma companies, the most distinguished academic institutions, and the best hospitals on the planet. From cancer to psoriasis to IBD, join our AI-powered app & services software team and help advance precision medicine matching the right patient to the right therapy, fast.

Now hiring 2(!) full-stack++ software engineers.

If you’re in love with React (and maybe signals), not afraid of DevOps, and have a can-do attitude, you’ll fit right in. This is for product-oriented software engineers who care more about finding insights quickly than impressing with buzzwords. We harness LLMs to surface insights and accelerate interpretation for researchers and clinicians.

What you’ll work with (must-haves):

  • AWS services: ECS, Fargate, S3, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, mongodb, Postgres
  • React with modern state management (signals welcome!)
  • REST & WebSocket APIs
  • Backend (Python, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, pandas)

Bonus Points:

  • Git and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines
  • WebGL / GLSL shaders for real-time visualization of AI results
  • Tile-based rendering of gigapixel slides
  • AI/ML inference integration (AWS Bedrock or similar)
  • Performance optimization for the web
  • Medical imaging formats (DICOM, SVS, etc.)

We’re not here to admire pretty graphs, we’re here to find the answer now.

And when you see a 100K-pixel-wide slide update in real time, you’ll understand why we’re obsessed

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, UX design, development, testing and implementation of software applications, focusing on back-end web development. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, scalable code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The engineer will also ensure that software meets all requirements of quality, security, and performance.
